I have one question.

i have read that the nvc contacts the beneficiary abroad, and sends choise of agent to both the (petitioner and beneficiary). im the beneficiary, what do i need to do when i recibe anything from nvc?

how do i contact the nvc via email, and what to send em, to let them know i want my wife, in the us, to recive every thing?

The simplest method to accomplish this, is when that request is received, have the beneficiary send an email (from their email account) to the NVC stating that they wish to make you their COA.
A sample letter:

Date
Case Number

Dear Sir

Please make my husband (Petitioner) my Choice of Agent. Please send all documentation to him at:

1111 Anystreet , USA

Thank you

Beneficiary

so its essential for the beneficiary , to send an email, and the petitioner send filled ds3032? or can the beneficiary send nothing, ant the petitioner send ds3032? im new here trying to figure it out.

1 more question.

is it true that the nvc generates documents on monday only?
we got the sdo# generated last monday.

Only the beneficiary needs to send the email, the DS3032 is optional at that point, if you choose to send the DS-3032 it must be signed by the beneficiary.

And No, they do not generate receipt notices only on Mondays

Yes you must wait until you receive the request from them, then and only then may you send the email. The COA as we call it "Choice of Agent" is one of the easier process's in the system. FYI the next thing you will receive is the request for the I-864 bill, they have recently made a method for you to pay this on-line which will cut several weeks from your time line.

Paying for the fees online is fairly new. Give them time to update their site to show this. We discussed this already on this thread: http://dominicanstotheusa.com/forum/index.php/topic,2179.0.html

People have been sending in the DS-3032 request electronically for quite some time now. It saves a lot of time. It is not "officially mentioned but it works fine. Also, your USC should be doing all this stuff not you. Mail from the DR is slow at best and non-existent sometimes. I would not take the chance that documents do not get there.

While they say they want you to do this in theory, in practice almost no one gets these things legalized at the Dominican Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Cancillería). We did not do this with ANY of our documents and we are fine.
