Hi Folks

The attached file is a flow chart of the entire visa process all the way to becoming a US Citizen
Began application process 2004 (I-130/I-129F)

Thanks, I want to do the forms next for each type of visa.
i.e. Submit form I-130
     Receive I-797 NOA
     Submit form I-129F
     Receive I-797

etc etc

OK I think if you are gonna do it botom to top you should have a "start" block and then have two paths, married or not married and have each of them go to their respective start points. Also, under the "married' block you can have a decision block "married more than two years" and have that one go directly to the IR-1 block.

Please explain this.. Maldom said he has been married for under TWO year at the time of his open cita but he got a IR-1.. Is he confusado or what?

And how about a flowchar for the AOS or at least the steps after a K3 or a K1 it's approved in a flowchart method.

Yes, I'll take on the AOS flow chart, since I'm going through it now, may be easier.

Ma, thanks so much for your hard work, I didn't know Tim was working on it as well.
I will take your file, turn it into pdf and put it in the Download section, it is very detailed with the fees, so as long as they dont change them again, it will be very helpful.
