Just a note - on your cover letter and just one thing to add to the list that TB did - make sure you list on cover sheet your explanation of why advance parole is required.  It has to be written on another sheet of paper - so you should probably list it on the cover sheet as well.

I need an opinion:

As some of you already know our original passport incl visa page and entry stamp w/I-94 were stolen.
After carefully reading the instructions of advance parole I've decided it might be best to keep it simple since i dont have the relevant supporting info they request. So I thought i should stick to simply sending the AOS and EAD and hope for no emergency in DR in the meantime!

What do you guys think?

By the way I did explain this on the cover letter and include the police report and will include as well a copy of the I-102 app.

I filed for the AOS Thursday 24th, I'd like to say thanks to everyone on the site. With the info and help from you all I was able to find, complete and submitt my I 129f, prepare for our Cita and bring my wife home to Ohio. Because of this site, I feel that I'm as prepared as I can be for the AOS process. Thank you all very much.

Quick question I noticed you have this address for courier deliveries:

Whats the correct courier address?

Oh yeah and Does the BC translation have to be certified I read the
instructions and couldnt find it specifically stating it needed to be.

Sweety.. my post was from MAY before they posted that.. the new address comes into effect JULY 30 which is tomorrow.. so if you are filling after tomorrow and sending through a private courier you have to use the new one.

Thanks. She only had to wait 8 years and 2 months for the cita. Her brother had his a few weeks back and had the visa in his hands 4 days later
