HELPING OTHERS IS THE GREATEST GIFT!!!

Hi,
I would like to share my love story with everyone, which I find is the work of God.
My fiance and I met in Santo Domingo on summer I went on 7/1995 when I had just turned 12.  That summer I became his girlfriend and we chilled almost everyday untill I headed back to Florida.  Our families knew each other since they all lived in the same area.  I returned to Florida and never went back to Santo Domingo.  I moved out with my boyfriend and he had a girlfriend and even had 3 kids with her.  During all that time he would call me once in a while and we would talk and catch up on each other's life.  I had not spoken to him for about 2 years or so and on 5/2008 he called my mothers house wishing to speak with me but I was at work at the time.  I was currently living at my mother house because I was no longer with my partner and moved back home, so I decided to give him a call when I came home from work.  We started talking and he was also single, him and his partner had also split.  We decided to give us a try so I went to Santo Domingo on 6/14/08 and saw him again after 13 years. It was so wonderful, we hit it off right away and till this day we are still together.  I've gone to see him 4 more time after that, I've met the family and his friends.  In the trip I made in 9/08 he asked me to marry him and off course I accepted.  At the moment I was not a citizen so I became one. I'm currently in the process of the K1 visa, the petition has already been approved now I'm waiting for the next step till the interview.  I already want him here with me .  He is truly my soul mate, God brought us together again.

Thanks all.  Yeah the last person I ever thought I would be with was him, he wasn't even on my mind and he called me again out of the blue.  I had been in a 4 year relationship which I thought would lead to marraige and I guess there was a reason why it ended which at the time I didn't understand. So it goes to show you everything happens for a reason, if we wouldn't of broke up I would of never been back with my first love.

Finally, in my critique of the immigration image of America, it is also important to know that we're not only a nation of immigrants, but we are in some part a nation of emigrants, which often gets neglected.
