Hey gang,
Couple quick questions. I have to lift conditions end of april. Welny arrived here on Aug 1,2008 so like last week of April i have to send that out.
My question is this. I dont have a lease where we live because its an inherited property and is still under an estate( i dont understand it). Can i just make up a lease since the property will eventually belong to me? Also, our car insurance is only under my name because he has a provisional licence lol because he didnt have a licence in dr. So his licence is limited to only NJ lol. We have taxes, bank statements, insurance, dental insurance, and we even have a kid! do you think that is enough. I really dont think they would give us a hard time?

Mune, you have to check the date on the GC of when it was issued..it's 90 days from that date, NOT from the day he entered.. Si, you should be good with all that...baby's BC is a plus. |
