There have been talks and proposals for new fees by USCIS ... the latest is as follows .. there are many links and nothing is solid but .. just keep this in mind ..

Although the reduced I-129F .. AOS and Immigrant Visa Fees went up

Here are some of the proposed changes

I129F 340 (down from 455)
I130  420 (up from 355)
I485 985 plus biometrics 85 (up from 930 plus 80)
I765 380 (up from 340)
I751 505 plus biometrics 85 (up from 465 plus 80)

Thanks. She only had to wait 8 years and 2 months for the cita. Her brother had his a few weeks back and had the visa in his hands 4 days later
