My mother in law said she called the consulate today to check about applying for a tourist visa.  She said she was told they weren't processing anything but things for the Haitians right now and to check back next month.  Is this true?  She has a track record of not telling the truth...

Thanks. She only had to wait 8 years and 2 months for the cita. Her brother had his a few weeks back and had the visa in his hands 4 days later
