sometimes i wonder why these government officials are dicks. They hassled isabel too when my mom took her to get her SSN in Westchester, they basically denied her so i had to take a half a day off work to take her myself. I get there and we meet with one of the so called "specialist" hes like k1 visas cant get a ssn. I said yes she can. YOu need to talk to someone above you or investigate bc you dont know what you are talking about. Hes like no they cant get a ssn. Im like listen find out now, so he went did some investigating for like five minutes, came back and told my wife to sign the paper and told her she would receive a social in two weeks. lol the prick didnt even apologize, he looked like an idiot.

They can't make one single thing easy. I honestly wonder if they only hire stupid difficult people, or they hire normal people and train them to be that way.

Bangin, we efiled married filing joint with his no work SSN and got the $$$ in 2 weeks. Grin

that is great some programs don't allow it and others require you file the same status as the previous year

Andrelly, you make everything more complicated than it is.

Do the w7. Mine did not take 6 weeks to process and who cares if you have to pay if they take 6 years to process it? Use your copy for the AOS. Done deal.
