Another Giant Step in This Tedious Process is being attempted to Lift Conditions on My Wife's Status so that We can hopefully go to the next step . This 5 year , so far, process has made Me lose Total confidence in "My Government"....LOL  , but it Thankfully Restored My Faith in God.

These are the following Documents That We have Sent to USCIS

Cover Sheet
Completed and Signed Form I-751
Copy of My wife's Temporary Resident Card (both sides)
Check for a total of $545.00 payable to United States Homeland Security , For filing the I-751 and for Biometrics
Deed to Our Home indicating Joint Ownership in Our Communal Residence
Copy of My life insurance indicating My Wife as beneficiary
Copy of 2008 income tax and Refund check payable to us jointly
Receipt from Insurance Coverage indicating that My Wife is provided with medical , dental and optical coverage
Copies of titles for jointly owned vehicles and insurance policy indicating same
Bank Statements and credit card statements indicating joint accounts
Utility bill receipts for electric , water and gas in both our names
United States Mail Delivered to My wife at our Communal Home
Sworn Affidavits from two people that know Us as Man and Wife
since Condition Residence was granted


The Documents were mailed on February 17Th and Our Check was cashed today on the 22ND.

WE hope that this information may be helpfull to Others on This Great Site that are in a similar situation

Saturday 2/27/10 We received I-797C, Notice Of Action . The NOA extended My Wife's Resident Card for 1 Year . Now awaiting Her Biometric Appointment They seem to be on the ball with this one?Huh??.

Thanks. She only had to wait 8 years and 2 months for the cita. Her brother had his a few weeks back and had the visa in his hands 4 days later
