hey guys my husband told me he recieved a 10 page letter but its all in english?? can anyione tell me what it says??? he says its talkin about the 400 dollars i guess for the visa and also their is only one page that needs to be filled out Huh?

It could be the DS-3032. But it usually isn't that long and it shouldn't mention the $400 but the $70. Ask him to go to a internet cafe and scan it and email it to you so that way you know exactly what it is.

Did you give the NVC his email address that way he would just receive everything that way and not by mail?

the package he's got must be the one with the choice of agent for your husband to sign, also includes the invoice number so you can pay the AOS and IV fees, but don't rush up, pay only what is generated which usually is the AOS process fee  ($70)

yea he says its the choice of agent but i already paid the aos 7o dollars... and the  sent me a letter telling me to send the emplyment letter and the 3 years of taxes... but what does he have to do now? well i told him already to send me the papers to my email to see what it says since he doesnt really understand it that well

I see you are doing the same thing I did, if you already sent the COA and paid the fee and everything is going with the flow then you guys don't have to mind that package, if you gave NVC your email address then everything else will get to you via email

HE .. your husband doesn't have to do anything

What you need to do is make sure the NVC has your EMAIL address and his on file for when you get the cita package

I understand you have someone helping you but you seem to be confusing yourself by keeping yourself out of this and handing it over to someone else

Call the NVC and make sure you are down as his COA and that they have your email addresses whatever you husband gets you should be getting also

you need to really call NVC and give them ur email like bangin said. Look Even if you are paying someone to do things for you, you should still be on top of ur own docs. CALL NVC and make sure that you are the choice of agent.
Give them ur email and mail the COA email to them so that you can get all the letters directly to u and you wont be confused when ou husband tells you he got a letter and its in English!
